Changelog

Every change a partner can see, newest first. A change that needs a new Fintray-Version is headed with it; everything else is compatible with the version your key is on (see Limits and versions).

2026-10-20

• The webhook events document.succeeded and document.failed, with their Fintray-Signature and Fintray-Event-Id headers, are described in openapi.json under webhooks.
• This documentation is public at https://api.fintray.ro/docs, with the API reference at /docs/reference.
• buyer_vat is required on POST /v1/documents, and two warnings compare it with the invoice: buyer_vat_mismatch and buyer_is_vendor.
• fields gives each extracted field a confidence (high, medium, low); warnings names what to look at before booking, vendor_vat_unverified among them when the vendor's VAT number is not found in ANAF's or VIES's registry.

These went into version 2026-10-19 itself, before any partner had integrated with it. From the first partner on, a change such as making a field required comes under a new version.

2026-10-19 — Fintray-Version 2026-10-19

The first version: POST, GET and DELETE on /v1/documents, sandbox and live keys, Idempotency-Key, signed webhooks, standard and zero retention, GET /v1/usage, and the rate limit.
